Onion-Roasted Potatoes
I adore these potatoes! I just made them tonight...in fact I'm munching on them as I type.Huge hit with the family. I added a thinly sliced onion w/ mine as well. Cooked at 350 for 45 min. Then for 20 min at 400. Stirring every 10 minutes once increased temp. YUMMY!

Scored Potatoes
These are awesome but I did have to make some adjustment on seasonings and the addition of olive oil with the butter. Definitely try this recipe and have fun with it!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
I'm giving this 4 stars because it is just too salty with regular soy sauce. You definitely need reduced sodium soy sauce. But the over all sauce has a great flavor once you get past the saltiness. Will make again with reduced sodium soy sauce.
