I made this twice. Both times in my crockpot. First time I made it on high for 10 hrs I came home to completely burnt beans. This time I cooked them for 10hr on low but would suggest checking around 8 hrs. Also when soaking the beans do so in a flat dish as the beans soak up a fair amount of water. They are good but I think they are a little dry due to overcooking. Overall I will certainly make again but reduce the time, double the sauce and add more water then "just covering" the beans as stated. Thanks though, appreciate the from scratch recipes!!

Ranch Dressing II

wow I just made this and had to come back to the computer to tell everyone this is awesome. Like many others I don't like all the preservatives in store bought dressings. I agree i made it AS IS and it is very thick so try the buttermilk for a dressing. I am using it for a pizza recipe. Cheers and happy cooking

Peanut Butter Noodles

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Great recipe, easy and tasted fantastic. Others said it makes 2 pizza's, that is if you like a thin crust. For a deep dish keep recipe as is

Oven Scrambled Eggs

I added smoked Gouda cheese and red onion, yum yum! *TIP* preheat oven, then put the butter & pan in the oven to melt the butter while you mix the eggs. saves cleaning an extra dish*

Chicken Stir-Fry

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

pretty good, I would suggest adding some kind of filling, it's very cream cheesy. i would give it 3.5 - 4 star. TIP: hold mushrooms by your fingers and push stems away, makes for a clean break.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Wow. I used drumbsticks and cooked them in my crockpot. I was worried the chicken wouldn't be crispy. But it was perfect, crispy skin, tender chicken, I cooked them on low for 6.5 hrs but i would reduce it to maybe 5.5 hrs- 6 next time. THANK YOU for the recipe!

Alfredo Sauce

AWESOME!! I added 1 tsp oregano and a few shakes of black pepper. I've made a few times and if you use "kraft" parmesan it will be "grainy". The trick is fresh grated parmesan cheese! Thanks it's quick and delicious!!
