Grandma's Gingersnap Cookies
These cookies turned out so well that they looked like they came from the store! How flat your cookie turns out is directly related to the temperature of your butter. If you want a flat cookie, don't chill the dough. Chilled dough gives you a ball cookie. Although both taste good, the flatter cookie looks like the more traditional gingersnap. This recipe is definitely a keeper in our house!

Swiss Chicken Casserole II
I made this for my family tonight and everyone loved it. I used the whole box of stuffing and left it uncovered. It was wonderful! Can't wait to doctor it up next time with cheddar and broccoli. Rave reviews from the whole family and incredibly easy!

Pecan Pumpkin Dessert
This was an awesome dessert! Even my husband, who isn't a pumpkin pie lover, loved this. I baked it about 20 min. longer than the recipe said. Let a toothpick be your guide. Also, I found that when inverting the dessert it's helpful to have another set of hands! Wonderful dessert overall.
