10 Pound Cheesecake
This was fantastic!! Made it the first time for 40 people & got rave reviews. I didn't put the cherries on until a couple of hours before serving & my filling set up perfectly (don't know if holding off on the cherries had anything to do with that or not)!!!

These turned out very tender, but I really think that they would of been just as tasty using bottled sauce.

Chili Dog Casserole II
What a super simple, super quick, & tastes good too recipe! I spread the tortillas with mustard & a little mexican cheese. Used homemade chili, so I just eyeballed the amount. Sprinkled onions on after they came out of the oven. We loved them!
