Beanie-Weenie

This tastes just like when my southern Mother said we were having Beanie-Weenie's for dinner. Loved introducing a memory to my children, No, it's not lobster, but it's some good beanie-weenie's.

Mixed Greens with Smoked Gouda

Aimee's Quick Chicken

Orzo with Tomato and Fried Tofu

I love every ingredient in this recipe, but it just did not work for me. I also boiled my orzo in chicken broth to try to add flavor. The tofu and orzo didn't seem to go together well for some reason.

Beef Burgundy III

This was so good. I could cut the meat with a fork! I too, doubled the soups and the wine, added garlic, and a little salt & pepper. I served over mashed potatoes, with roasted green beans as a side. Excellent and easy Sunday dinner.

Chicken Dressing

Add 1 teaspoon of poultry seasoning, extra celery and only add 4 cups of broth. With these changes, excellent recipe.

Clam Chowder Casserole

I thought this lived up to exactly what Kathy said, a great weeknight supper. I too left out the juice of one of the cans of clams. Really good, easy, comfort food.

Clams Kokkinisto

This was excellent. I added an extra can of clams, with juice, an extra can of tomato paste, for a richer tomato flavor. And definantly top with feta. Great flavor! I hate when I stuff myself wich I usually don't, but this was so good.

Cheesy Potato Salad

I understood the concept a 'DIFFERENT' potato salad, and I was open minded to that, I ate it, BUT, would not repeat. The sugar just did not work. I felt it could be made into a great recipe with a little tweaking. Needed some salt for sure.

Portuguese Steamed Clams

I personally did not care for the flavor of sausage and onions in my clams. Tasted to heavy. I gave it a try, but, I much prefer clams italiano recipe on this site.

Artichoke Tetrazzini

I loved the flavor of this recipe. The sauce was delicious. I loved how it makes plenty of sauce. I definantly like more sauce on my pasta, and this was perfect. I added garlic when I was sauteing.

This was so good and so easy. I reduced the amount of butter and wine just a tad, and used fresh parsley. I could have drank the sauce, it was that good.

My Best Clam Chowder

I loved this. Simple to prepare and delicious. I left out the onions and used onion powder instead. If you add 1 extra can of clams, it pretty much is a perfect recipe.

Roasted Asparagus and Garlic

I love asparagus and I love garlic. Unfortunately the only edible thing was the garlic. Soggy, wierd tasting asparagus was the result of this recipe.

Warm Crab Dip II

Really good flavor and very versatile too. I sometimes add some quartered artichoke hearts and some firm cubed tofu to this recipe, when I do that I double the worcestershire and lemon juice. When made like that it is more of a meal than a dip. Sometimes it's my lunch and dinner.
