Since our wedding in '05, one of our favorite things to do together is cook! Love to make different Mexican salsas, and a lot of healthy meals. Mickey's: Lots of pasta! Melody's: Everything chicken. Melody: Without having ever done so prior, I baked a chocolate cake from scratch, with homemade frosting too. I've never tasted one so good! Yucky curry chicken something... The recipe called for breading the chicken in a flour/curry powder mixture. I added too much curry and the chicken was pretty much inedible. I think my husband went to McDonald's that night!
