Easy Chicken Curry
Made a good curry for how simple it was. Even though it was my first curry it worked just fine. Definitely add the chicken broth as it made all the difference in this recipe. Thanks to all who suggested it.

Jambalaya
I used colabra sausage instead of andouille and it came out great. Clear directions and worked perfect the first time.

Chinese Pork Buns (Cha Siu Bao)
Produced a great steamed bun. I didn't try the meat filling though.
