I used a sugar substitute (no calories) therefore cutting out the boiling part. Everyone loved it.

I had a lot of tomatoes from the garden that my husband wanted me to freeze, however we still have the tomatoes from last summer, so I had other plans for them. Since I had 6 kids hungry kids here, I decided to make grilled cheese, which most refuse to eat unless there is a bowl of tomato soup along side. Only 1 kid didn't like it. Will make again, too bad for the one that didn't like it.

Easy and better than any I've ever had. Will definitely make again, in fact I'm making it again right now. Can't wait to drink it. Yummy yummy yummy.
