I wasn't expecting a lot from this recipe but it was really good!! I used cubed pork (since that's what I had) and added some water a few times after the meat was added back to the pan. Yummy, thanks so much!

Baked Potato Casserole

This recipe is really very good for a pot luck or something of the ilk, however making it for just 2 I realized that I was making extra work for myself to have a baked potato for dinner.

Savory Crescent Chicken

I made this only because I had the ingredients and was shocked when we actually loved it!! As is it was great (didn't use the pimentos though) and can be changed up in so many ways! Great recipe!!

Sausage Mushroom Quiche

Great beginning recipe, but I found it to be a little bland. Easy to pep up with additional veggies and subbing out the sausage for other breakfast meats.

Beef Cabbage Hash

This was really good, I have to say I was surprised! I scalloped skin-on red potatoes, added about a T. of Worcester and some beef broth... I also ended up doubling the liquid because it went dry and cooking for more like 45 minutes but it was really yummy. I'll definitely do this one again!

Sauteed Apples

We're in love with this recipe - I make a double batch and we microwave what we need for that evenings desert over vanilla icecream - totally our new favorite!!!
