Mushroom Cube Steaks
I wasn't expecting a lot from this recipe but it was really good!! I used cubed pork (since that's what I had) and added some water a few times after the meat was added back to the pan. Yummy, thanks so much!

Baked Whole Cauliflower
This recipe was incredibly boring at best. I figured that the calories would be worth it if it tasted as good as it sounded.

Baked Potato Casserole
This recipe is really very good for a pot luck or something of the ilk, however making it for just 2 I realized that I was making extra work for myself to have a baked potato for dinner.
