This is such a delicious cake but I think it makes an even better cupcake. After I drizzled the cupcake with pineapple sauce, I injected them with banana creme pudding and let them set overnight. I frosted them in the morning with Rick's Buttercream Frosting recipe and added a little toasted coconut. Everyone raved about them the next day! It takes a little more time with the cupcakes, but they are worth it.

So easy to work with! This is the first time I have ever made buttercream frosting and I think I will always use it, so tasty and makes a beautiful finish.

This recipes is amazing with a few adjustments. I used Ciabotta bread instead, grilled chicken and added thin tomato slices along with diced sauteed red peppers. To complete the sandwich, I first toasted the bread, while it was hot I added the pesto/mayo and sprinkled it with mozzarella cheese (i wanted to use it up or else I would have used slices)and I put it in the microwave for like 20 seconds to melt the cheese. On top of the cheese I carefully placed the cubed grilled chicken. On the other half I put the tomato pesto, bell peppers and tomato slices. I combined both sides and it was warm & delicious! I will make this again & again!

This was pretty good! It was my first time making Quinoa and I think it was a success! I made it with the addition of chicken broth and bell peppers and I would definately recommend at least trying it.

This was very good but very rich! It is something I wouldn't make all the time but looks pretty and everyone liked it. I omitted the egg in the cream cheese layer and it tasted fine. I didn't cook the brownie layer enough though.

I loved this recipe. I have never made caramel before and it turned out perfect- it helped to have a candy thermometer. It is a very rich and tasty recipe. I doubled it and used it primarily to make caramel apples. Everyone raved about how yummy the caramel was and the toppings stayed on perfect. I used whatever I had left over to make individual caramels. It is just delicious!

I have this exact same recipe and it really is amazing. It is perfect for anytime, baby showers, etc. It is so moist and tasty! Everyone goes crazy when I make it. I do have a cream cheese frosting that came with my recipe: 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz) 1/2 cu butter or marg. softened 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 3 3/4 to 4 cups confectioners' sugar I just prefer homemade frosting to store bought.
