Peanut Butter Cookies IV
These were excellent!!! I had to triple the recipe the second time I made them and they still only lasted 2 days! I will definitely be making these to add to the gift baskets of goodies I give as Christmas gifts.

Triple Dipped Fried Chicken
This was definitely crispy. I think next time I'll use more spices. I also think I'll try boneless chicken next time, that would make it pretty close to perfect!

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'
I'm not quite sure what happened. I think the oven temp is to high, the top got VERY dark before the bread was even close to done. For the next loaves I reduced the temp to 300 and it turned out better. Otherwise this is a delicious banana bread and I'll definetly make it again.
