Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
Very easy recipe with excellent results. Do follow previous suggestions to freeze the dough balls, you'll have better cookies in the end. I had to bake a little longer than 8 minutes though.

Gouda Spinach Quiche
Great recipe, very yummy. Be sure to really squeeze the moisture out of the spinich or else your quiche will turn out watery.

Cream Cheese Frosting II
Excellent and easy to make. I topped pumpkin cupcakes with it so I added about a teaspoon of cinnamon and about 1/2 cup more sugar. Frosted 40 cupcakes.
