Jasmine's Brussels Sprouts
This has become a staple in my house. Since we eat it so often I have started making it w/o pancetta or bacon and added a bit more garlic - still wonderful. The only thing I have found is that not steaming the sprouts first gives them a nice crunch and they brown a bit on the outsides, which I love!

Green Chili Burritos
Wonderful! I cooked the pork in a slow cooker with a can of beer for 8 hours and shredded it. Simmered with all listed ingredients but added a jar of pace tequila lime salsa, corn and some spicy chili powder. Spread brown rice and lime juice and cilantro in flour tortillas and also popped them in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese and topped with low fat sour cream! Can't wait to make these again
