Grilled Whole Turkey
My gas grill, at 350 degrees, was too warm for the "marinade" and burn it up in the first 35 minutes. I had squeezed some over the top prior, so still had some of the flavor. It seemed ~2 hours at 300 degrees for my 3lb breast roast would have been about right.

Fajita Marinade I
Not that spicy, kick it up with some extra cayenne or garlic. Very good on either flank steak or chicken strips. Overnight in a bag and then to the grill. Winner.

Terrific Turkey Chili
Winner of the office Chili Cook-off. I add a couple garlic cloves and lots of Chipolte Tabasco Saaas. Toss in some Chili Powder (1 tsp+) if you are feeling crazy. Once the meat is browned, toss everything in the slow cooker for 4 hrs on High. Go for the gold!
