My picky daughter loves the orange chicken at the certain mall restaurant - and she loves this, too! changes: I do not put the chicken pieces in the sauce at the end - I like to keep them crisp. You can add all sorts of veggies - or pineapple.

Easy, delicious and re-heats well. You should either cut the noodles by half or double the sauce and shrimp.

Easy Spinach Lasagna with White Sauce

This has become our favorite lasagne after a few modifications: use 15 oz. of sauce (more made it too saucy for our liking) add garlic, onions, possibly other veggies and saute all vegetables before adding to the lasagne And you really can add them dry!

I LOVED this recipe, even though I don't care for eggplant. My husband also like it, though not as much, thus the four stars. Even the kids ate it!

Zulandt's Lentil Casserole

My husband and I enjoyed this casserole, though next time I will add a few things (garlic especially) for more flavor. The best part of this recipe is that my finicky daughter LOVED it, even asked for it instead of her usual sandwich or cheese stick. So this will be a regular on our menu.
