This has become our favorite lasagne after a few modifications: use 15 oz. of sauce (more made it too saucy for our liking) add garlic, onions, possibly other veggies and saute all vegetables before adding to the lasagne And you really can add them dry!

I LOVED this recipe, even though I don't care for eggplant. My husband also like it, though not as much, thus the four stars. Even the kids ate it!

My husband and I enjoyed this casserole, though next time I will add a few things (garlic especially) for more flavor. The best part of this recipe is that my finicky daughter LOVED it, even asked for it instead of her usual sandwich or cheese stick. So this will be a regular on our menu.
