Oven Fried Chicken III
I did add a bit of milk to the mayo and spiced it up a little (The husband always complains that things are bland.), but even he thought it was tasty and he's not a fan of chicken to begin with. We will make this again.

Easy Cheesy Chicken I
This was okay. We added some mixed veggies and served over rice for a complete meal. I found it to taste very processed. I'm thinking of reworking it with fresh ingredients as to remove that processed taste. I doubt I will make it again as it is written. The chicken did turn out very tender, though.

Slow Cooker Ham
Everyone loved this simple ham that took hardly any effort at all. I can't even remember what type of ham it was, but the bone and some of the meat are in the freezer for ham and bean soup. The brown sugar on the bottom glazed that side of the ham, giving it a dark, yet tender and sweet flavor. I tossed in some pineapple slices and some of the pineapple juice. I was home, so every couple of hours I basted the exposed portion of the ham. We will be using this recipe over and over. I may even offer to do a ham for Thanksgiving or Christmas knowing I can use this recipe and not stress out.
