Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie
This turned out great, I made it for my future father-in-law's birthday, and he loved it. Definitely followed other contributors suggestions, i.e., coconut milk, coconut extract, etc.

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction
It turned out good, but the seasoning on the lamb chops tasted gritty.
