Hamburger Buns

Tasted good but I would really wish for softer buns :) I followed the recipe exactly except that I halved everything and used butter instead of margarine.

This a great moist cake! I divided by two to make one 9" round cake. Used 1 cup mayonnaise, 2/3 cup cocoa and 1 1/2 cup coffee+water mixture, it turned out heavenly! Everyone could not believe there was mayonnaise, not a single sign of sourness from the mayo!

Orange Raisin Muffins

Great muffins! Except that I think I'll need to add more orange zest (another tablespoon) ... I just love the smell of baked orange zests...I put 1/2 cup sugar and kind of regreted it... the muffins weren't too sweet and i would have like it sweeter... will put as per recipe next time :)

Unbelievable Rolls

This is a great recipe, especially for beginners with yeast! I cut the recipe in 1/2 and ended up with 11 big buns. half of which i inserted chocolate in the middle and they turned out great! by the way, I lessen the dry yeast to 2 table spoon because i am using instant yeast. (4 tblsp for the full recipe)

Irish Cream Chocolate Cheesecake

Amazing! although i had frozen and thawed my cream cheese (not knowing that was bad...) and had so resulting in a grainy texture... the cheesecake still turned out so delicious! my co-workers raved about it! i put 1/2 cup bailey instead and used low fat sour cream as the full fat has ran out

Marble Cake I

The cake looks really nice straight from the oven although the top cracked, when eaten hot it tasted alright... but when it cooled down, turned out really heavy and has no taste at all! don't think i will make it again...

Banana Loaf Cake I

This banana cake was awesome! I added lots of walnuts and it turned out even better! my friends even commented it's as good as the ones you buy from the cafes! i added 1/4 less sugar too
