Made this weekend and it was a hit! Took some advice from other reviewers and made the following changes. I brushed the tortillas with melted butter and sprinkled with the cinnamon sugar, then baked for 11 min. 30 sec. and they were nice and crisp. I did use frozen raspberries and frozen blueberries, but i drained then for awhile before i added them. I also put my chopped apples in water and lemon juice while i made the salsa and they did not brown. I had some cinnamon chips left over and they are like cookies...we love them!
