Cinnamon and Lime Chicken Fajitas
I was doubtful about the cinnamon but it was great even my picky husband liked it and said never lose this recipe.it did in my opinion need the salsa and sour cream or it would be a bit on dry side

Sugarless Fruit Nut Muffins
I had to give half of my first batch away as my son and I could not stop eating them!I made a few adjustments:whole meal flour for the white,I pureed the fruit mixture as I'm not keen on pieces of fruit and i omitted the salt.They turned out great this one is a keeper.
