these are wonderful! my whole family loved them. they were so easy! i used a tablespoon to dip out the dough, halved it and rolled it. then used the 1/2 tsp to make the hole and to fill the jam. worked wonderful.

okay, this was way more simple than i thought it would be.. and way more delicious! i followed the directions exactly except for using a larger jelly roll pan. the cream cheese mixture is to die for! don't change ANYTHING except for the pan size.

this is the perfect white cake recipe! i didn't have buttermilk or vinegar to make my own so i used regular milk instead. worked fine. taste just like a fancy bakery we have here. i can't rave enough about it.

Blueberry Muffins II

the best blueberry muffins i've ever eaten! i followed the recipe except for adding 1/2 sour cream.. they were perfectly moist and full of flavor and i used bakers joy in the muffin tin and i had no problems of them sticking to the pan.. from now on this is my go-to blueberry muffin recipe!

Grilled Orange Chicken

we used tenders for this recipe. i marinated the chicken in some of the glaze for about 3 hours, then basted it when grilling. i forgot to reserve some for dipping but it didn't need it. i had guest over and they raved about it. its a keeper!

Creamy Twice-Baked Potatoes

a new favorite in our house. we had twice baked potatoes at a fancy restaurant in savannah and this recipe matches them perfectly. the only thing i did was add 1/2 cheddar and a few chives to the potato mixture, then when they were almost done i added some to the top. i also used a little leftover bacon and sprinkled some on the cheese. delicious.

Great Pumpkin Dessert

this is really good.. i left out the nuts and made a cream cheese icing. 1 package cream cheese(8oz) 3/4 cup cool whip 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar. great out of the oven but even better chilled.
