BBQ Chuck Roast

I found this recipe a bit salty for my taste. I would not add any additional salt next time. Over all a crowd pleaser, however, next time I will tweak it a bit. Great idea to do on the grill.

Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce

This sauce was so good! My husband liked it so much he is going to go buy ribs (right now) so he can make them with this sauce for company tomorrow! Thanks for sharing!!!

Chinese Pork Tenderloin

This was wonderful. It was easy to prepare and made the entire house smell great!!! I didn't have fresh ginger so I used dried and I didn't have the black bean sauce so I omitted that. I can not wait to make the egg rolls from this website using the leftovers!!!

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

I enjoyed this meal, however it needed some help. The wine lost most of it's flavor during cooking so I added 1/4 cup at the very end. I added about 4 cloves of minced garlic. The sauce also needed some thickening. My husband loved it, but I felt like it was missing something. Perhaps next time I will try adding some mushrooms as others have suggested and maybe some rosemary. Still this is a good dish for a beginner cook since it is very simply and has a nice presentation.
