I love to make Mochi snacks. Sake(salmon) and other fish and shellfish are delicious. Chicken and Pork are next favorite to cook.

Making Tempura with family is fun as everyone participates. Everyone is helping to fry or make another dish to go with it or to make ocha or the dipping sauce. I love family time in the kitchen!!
