Butternut Squash, Apple, Onion Au Gratin

This was tasty. I don't eat bacon, so I left it out. The cheese is a must. I will leave the apples out next time for my personal taste preference.

Butternut Squash with Onions and Pecans

Delicious! Peel with a vegetable peeler for ease, forget nuking in the micro, it makes the squash too smooshy. Don't fiddle with the seasonings, it's perfect the way it is!!!
