Penne Pasta with Veggies
A very delicious dish. Not a time friendly dish when your hungry and trying something new as soon as you get off from work; after a few errands. The hungry and wait and time was worth it. A very nice dish with plenty of left overs for two. I cooked up some italian sausage, diced them up and added them to the dish because I was wanting some meet in my dish. The only thing I didn't like about it was the grease and oil that collects in the bottom of the dish; Not diet friendly food. :)

Happy Shrimp
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this recipe. It is a very quite and easy recipe as well. First, reading the reviews we took some suggestions at altering the dish. We doubled the sauce and used fettucini. The first time we made the dish, I followed the direction of turning down the heat once the sauce has begun to simmer. This was a mistake for us. It was really runny but still able to eat it; paired it with assparagus and a Sauvignon Blanc. The second time we left the heat alone and the sauce turned out PERFECTLY. This time we paired it with garlic bread. This will become one of our favorite dishes and will be used quite often. The pictures that i took of this dish are of the first attempt at this dish... you can see how runny the sauce is.
