I woke up this morning and I could see my breath...inside! Not cool! So a trip to Walmart and another heater later, I am able to get out of my shoes and sweatshirt and be in relative comfort. I went outside because the sky was turning black and snapped some pictures. We are gonna get pelted…

I have been married for 4 years. Being married to an electrician, we may have to drop everything and move, so I live in a rv. We have three 4-legged kids: 2 dogs: Puppa and Sasha and one mouthy girl cat named Dave. I am a musician. I love to cook anything and that is what helps me relax. My favorite cuisines are Thai, Mexican and Italian. I live by Mt. St. Helens in Washington state, but I am from Forks, the little town made famous by the Twilight movie. I love to travel, I like to read, especially cookbooks or magazines, I am venturing into baking and after working in a restaurant, I NEVER want to own one.
My favorite things to cook
BBQ!, seafood, chicken, pasta, veggie dishes, and I love to make drinks!
My favorite family cooking traditions
I ususally wind up making the entire Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners by myself, except the pumpkin pies, my husband does those!
My cooking triumphs
I made a "kitty litter" cake for a co-worker--grey icing, grapenuts and almond roca--even a lavendar kitty litter scoop to serve the thing with--it was hilarious!!
My cooking tragedies
anything I try to bake that doesn't come from a box, although this site has improved my baking skills threefold...thank to all of you here!
