Pecan Pie V
The taste of this pie is very similar to the corn syrup recipe. It's still very sweet and delicious. The difference is more in the texture. More substantial...not so "jelly"-like in the inside. I don't think anyone is going to beg me for this recipe but I am going to make it a "keeper" simply because I'm more likely to have these ingredients on hand.
