I made these for my best-friends engagement party. These cookies stayed soft for days! Followed recipe to the "T" since this was my first attempt at sugar cookies.

Corn Dog Muffins

These are great for everyone in the family. I add in the low-fat chicken hotdogs and low-fat cheese and these seem like a guilt free option for us.

Classy Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2008
This recipe was delicious! I only made some slight changes to suit my family. I upped the sour cream to half a cup, used 3 zuchinni instead of one, and substituted artichoke hearts (from a jar, drained the oil) instead of the sundried tomatos. Will definately make again. The sauce was excellent.

Sage Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2008
We didn't have sage so we used rosemary instead. We used 3 tablespoons of rosemary and 3 beef boullion cubes. Not salty at all! Will make again.

Walter's Chicken and Mac

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2008
This recipe was very tasty and easy to put together. I made a few changes to suit our family. Here are the changes that I made: 16oz elbow macaroni, 2 bonless skinless chicken breasts-chopped, 2 c shredded cheddar cheese, 1 26oz can cream of chicken (large can), 1 cup milk, 1/2 medium onin-minced, 4 cloves garlic-minced, 1 package mushrooms-sliced, salt & pepper... topped with parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, and bread crumbs. Cook chicken, mushroms, and onions together in olive oil w/ salt and pepper and then mix everything together in a mixing bowl. Pour mixture into 13x9 pan and top with parmesan, bread crums and red pepper flakes. Yummy. Thanks for the wonderful base recipe walter!
