Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
I thought this was a little too cream cheesy and not enough salt. I did use half cream and half milk and real garlic instead of the powder. I may make this again in a pinch but I'll probably try something else.

Best Brownies
Mmmmm...these were delicious. Very rich. I undercooked them a little because I do like them fudgy. I doubled the recipe. My husband has a friend over right now and they've already eaten 3/4 of the pan! Really good with Cool Whip on top. Thanks!

Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies
These were ok. I only had quick oats so I don't know if that changed the texture at all. They were way too sweet so I added some chocolate chips and that helped a little. I probably won't make these again.
