Artichoke Bruschetta
I would add some garlic, tomatoes and some sour cream instead of all the mayo..Followed the recipe and it was excellent..

Southwest Chicken Salad I
This was a hit at dinner. Added a little more lime juice and sea salt. I added some corn as well. Next time I will add olives & red peppers.
