Discovering that adding PB to Marshmallow Fluff and eating it with a spoon tastes like PB mouse.
My cooking tragedies
I burn rice every. single. time. RiceCooker ya. From what I remember: I tried to make Jello ONCE when I was in high school. I put things in at the wrong time, (temporarily) stained the white counter red, melted a plastic container on the stove burner...at the time I counted 6 things I did wrong. I never tried again.

Chuck's Molasses French Toast
perfect!!! used vanilla rice milk as i didn't have any heavy cream and I forgot the ginger. deeelishioussss

Thai Cashew Chicken
for the hot I used a bit of the "rooster sauce" Didn't have fish sauce-added some extra soy, also had to sub for "sesame oil" as i'm allergic. very good

Chicken and Red Wine Sauce
Also used less than a cup of sugar and wine, for only 3 lbs of chicken?! spiced chicken and cooked with garlic before adding the sugar and wine.
