Spiced Apple-Carrot Casserole
I have made this recipe 3 times now and everywhere I take it, people love it. It is SO easy, even for a novice cook like me. I followed the recipe exactly and it was great every time. Thanks!

Apple Oatmeal Cookies II
Took other reviewers' advice and added ginger, nutmeg, and extra cinnamon. Used white flour (it's all I had) and cookies came out soft and cakey. Unexpected, but everyone enjoyed them as cake cookies!

Paprika Chicken with Mushrooms
Loved this! Hate onions, so I substituted fresh spinach. Yum! Also mixed diced garlic with butter instead of using garlic powder. Good stuff!
