This is a good vegetarian recipe. Texture is a bit dry compared with tuna or egg, but flavor is good.

These did have good flavor. You have to really watch the sesame seeds b/c they go from toasted to burned pretty quickly.

I rarely (or never) make recipes that have this few reviews, but they sounded so good I thought I'd give it a try. They were delicious...a little time consuming with the orange prep and blending. At first the texture was light, moist, and soft. However, the next morning they were a bit too moist and sticky. Almost like a Twinkie type texture/stickiness. I will make them again because they were so yummy and I might see if I can tweak the recipe a bit to create a less sticky product.
