Cookie in a Jar
These cookies are pretty average. If you substitute vanilla for the water, I suggest not using more than 1 teaspoon vanilla. We taste tested these and I will keep looking for another cookie recipe to give for gifts.

Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Onions
I didn't have amaretto, but otherwise followed the recipe. They were slightly overdone, but the flavor is so good.

Autumn Apple Salad II
Not quite a wow, but really great for something simple and healthy. Hardly any more work than slicing an apple and a nice addition when we eat a lot of them in the fall.
