Brazilian Black Bean Stew
Wow!! This was awesome, and super easy to make. I left out the meats because they are not readily available where we live, and only used 1 can of black beans. I also used grilled (over the gas burner) green chilies, and frozen mango because that is all I had. VERY good. Even better as leftovers over the next few days. I was worried that the mango would get all mushy after sitting in the fridge, but it hasn't affected the taste at all. Thanks for a great recipe!
