Chocolate Pudding Cake II
I was trying to find something like Ponderosa's Volcano Cake. This was absolutely what I was in the mood for, and how awesome is it to not have to use multiple bowls, or even any at all? I made this once without milk (used water) and it turned out just as well as with milk. Even at 350, my cake wants to start burning if I leave it in too long - about 32 minutes is good for me.

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III
I doubled up this recipe and baked it in mini loaf pans for my son's birthday...I made him a train cake. Coupled with white wedding cake frosting, it was delicious. Despite sifting it a lot, it was quite dense, which is why I am rating it only four stars.

White Cake Frosting I
This was an awesome, easy recipe. I used it to make many different colors when I made my son a train cake for his birthday. It was exactly what I needed. Yummy, light and fluffy, and it took colors well.
