Fried Onion Rings
I did not have beer and used perrier as another reviewer suggested - these were really really good. I said four stars because I would like them to have a little more flavor. I added extra seasoning but next time I will make two changes. I am going to try vidalia onions and more seasonings in the batter. Thank you for the recipe.

Old Fashioned Peach Cobbler
For me the crust needed extra flour but aside from that thisd recipe was perfect! I used two cans of peaches that I drained and rinsed and then followed the directions here for. Everyone loved it, including my southern girlfriend who always compares everything to the way her grandma made it. Thank you!

Mall Pretzels
Everyone loved these when I amde them and brought them into work. I was generous with brushing them with butter and they had a really delicious taste!
