My favorite things to cook
Chicken Carbonara, extra cheesy chicken enchiladas, Caramelized Chicken, Fajitas, meatloaf, Kalua Pork, and so many more, chocolate mousse pie (family recipe).
My favorite family cooking traditions
Trying to start my own family traditions. My Grandmother was the cook in our family. I am trying to get her to write down some of her recipes since she keeps them in her head.
My cooking triumphs
I made a really good cheese cake for Christmas Dinner this year that everyone loved.
My cooking tragedies
I am currently working on baking...I seem to either undercook or burn cookies...I'm getting there slowly.
