I am a married mother of three. I am a RN in an ICU and I work nights-my husband works shift work so it is very difficult to cook for the various times we are together! I can't boil water! I would love to cook something my husband would like but he is an excellant cook and does all the cooking! I want to learn to surprise him and my family! I am the youngest of eight children-my mother never let us in the kitchen! Now I know it was to get a moment to herself! We have all the family holidays at our house but everyone brings something! None of my sister cook either! We are all fortunate to marry men who like to cook! None I fried shrimp without shelling them!
