Grilled Chicken and Pasta Salad
Thought this was good - a little bland. But it looked nice and everyone complimented me.

Mini Meatloaves
We really liked this. The loaves were lovely and moist - the meat melted in your mouth. We found the sauce a bit sweet, so might change that next time - or might not use anything.

Creamy Pesto Chicken
We loved this! I had to change it a bit - only had some fresh pesto so I added that instead of the fresh basil and pine nuts. I served it over pasta and it went down a treat!
