High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
It was DELICIOUS! I thought that turning the oven off sounded ridiculous but I gave it a shot anyway and I'm glad I did.
I left it in for 2hrs and turned it back on to 300 when there was a half hour left.
I think Next time I will aim for 1.5 hrs instead because I like it a little more red. My guest preferred medium well and that's what I got so it worked out great!
I put chopped garlic, salt, and pepper on the meat. My guest hardly believed that was all I put on it!
I will surely make this again.
