About this Cook
I eat out more than I eat in.. shocking I know.
My favorite things to cook
I know what I don't like to cook and that is definitley pizza,.. yeah pizza is my enemy in the kitchen, I don't like it and it never cooperates with me.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Auntie's chopped liver during the holidays.. It was gross to watch but it tasted soooo good.
My cooking triumphs
I made a Thanksgiving for 15 people when I first moved out on my own. I had only been cooking for a few months and it was a full 7 course affair. I rocked it obviously.
My cooking tragedies
I can't make pulled pork. I've spent hundreds of dollars on pork but I can't get it right. It always dries out and it never pulls apart, I have to slice it. Here in California no one knows the difference. But I do, I care, and I want my GOSH DARN PULLED PORK..

Pork Chops with Raspberry Sauce
Really good! It had PLENTY of sauce, no need to increase, although it was so tasty we at every last drop! Thanks for this inspired pork dish!

The Best Veggie Sandwich
Very filling and quick. You can alter to your tastes, and keep changing it for variety. Great recipe! Thanks!

World's Best Scones! From Scotland to the Savoy to the U.S.
I used half&half instead of milk (because I wanted to use some up), also added blueberries (increased cooking time) . I also left the dough in a sort of round and cut them into 6-8 even pieces then baked whole. Came out moist and delicious! Will try with more traditional currants next time! Thanks for the recipe!
