Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
Unbelievably good pancakes. This was one of those recipes that immediately became a "these-are-the-pancakes-we-make-in-our-house-now" recipe. So long pancakes in a box, hello delish homemade pannys.

Taqueria Style Tacos - Carne Asada
If carne asada is served in paradise, this might be the recipe that's used. I think the best results for this marinade come with a thin sliced flank steak but it is a winner no matter what you do.

Bronco Burger
Delish. Used 3 jalapenos instead of 5 just so no one was too overwhelmed. 5 probably would have been okay. Be sure to dice the onion into small enough pieces. Fritos is a fun touch. Impress your friends and family...present these burgers.
