About this Cook
I'm probably the youngest chef here, but I love to cook and can never stop. My parents keep telling me that if i make anything more the fridge will explode! I've been in the kitchen since i was about four, but have cooked by myself for the last 3-4 years. I improvise on everything I can get my hands on. I love exparimenting with fresh flavors, but have a thing for asian style meals. I cook all my meals from scratch, and never use a recipie or exact mesurments, so i usually ends up different when i try to re-create a meal, though the main reason is probably 'cause i just can't stop trying new flavorrs! I am a huge twilight fan and have read all the books! °__°
My favorite things to cook
chicken, pasta, cheesecake, cookies, rice, noodles, stir-fry,
My cooking triumphs
The best thing I ever made was my two layer white chocolate, lemon~rasberry cheesecake. Everyone loved it, and wanted the recipie, but you know me, and if i try'd writing it down, i'd end up with severe carp-o-tunnel! I was only 12 years old! It was very labour intensive, i'd say 3 hours in decorating alone. It was very complicated that it would take a genius, just to remember the method. It was for my mom's birthday, so at least she liked it
My cooking tragedies
Once i was making lingunie pasta, when my friend called. While talking to her i forgot about stirring the pasta, when i came back the was this huge lump of sticky pasta! eww!

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II
try adding 1/2 cup of instant vanilla pudding- for extra chewy-ness. Adding oatmeal, molasses and coconut powder make them amazing!!!( I also use white chocolate chips and pecans)

Indian Style Sheekh Kabab
Great! Tastes like the ones in the resturaunts. Everyone loved it. Tastes better if you fry or grill them extra crisp and drizzle with lime juice. I found the spices too strong so I reduced them by half. For a healthier alternatve, try mixing chicken and lamb
