I am 50 years old and married to the love of my life. I have a wonderful son and daughter-in-law and the 2 best grandkids in the world. Thanksgiving is my big holiday to cook, but my husband and I do Memorial Day and sometimes the 4th also along with birthdays! I love to grill outside and frequently use an indoor grill. I do a lot of casseroles as I have found it difficult to adjust to cookinbg for just 2 people! Thanksgiving with Roasted Turkey, cornbread dressing,cranberry sauce, sweet potato casserole, brocolli casserole, Queen Anne Salad and of course Pumkin Pies will always be found at our house on Thanksgiving! I don't have many outstanding stories to tell here! I did make an exceptional Tropical Cake once that I haven't been able to duplicate since! I usually always burn the rolls! It's got to be my oven!
