Easy and Delicious Chicken
I love this stuff! I used all fat free or reduced fat ingredients and it was still wonderful! I even mixed in some of the juices drained to make it a little thinner. We tried it over yolk free noodles and reduced fat buttermilk biscuits. We liked it both ways. I just had leftovers for lunch and still yummy!This will definitely be a repeat in our home!

Sweet Chipotle Grilling Sauce
I doubled this recipe and marinated a 3lb. pork loin roast for about 3 hours. I cooked it in my Flavorwave oven for about an hour. I left some marinade out of the marinating bag for basting as it cooked and for dipping once it was done. It was DELICIOUS! Just the right amount of sweet and spicy. I even used light maple syrup! Everyone loved it! This sauce/marinade will definately be a regular for us! Can't wait to try it on chicken! Thanks!!

Artichokes Au Gratin
I took this to a cookout and doubled the batch so there would be enough. Almost everything else was wiped out, but there was still a half a pan of this stuff left. Most people thought it was just "OK", including myself. I probably won't make again, especially considering the cost of the artichokes.
