Gingerbread Scones

These are great scones. I adjust for 1 cup wheat flour and one cup white. My husband who doesn't like gingerbread will eat them.

Cinnamon Mini-Muffins

This is a great recipe - really yummy and fits exactly 24 mini muffins. I added 3/4 whole wheat flour and 3/4 white. OK without the all spice.
