Beef short ribs marinaded Pacific Island style, BBQ Tequila Lime Salmon fillets, Slow Cooked Spicy Pork Tomatillo stew, Homemade garlic mashed potatoes, Seasoned Flank Steak sandwhiches, Teriyaki Chicken Breasts with Pineapple and Red peppers, Spicy Pork Tomatillo Stew. First batch was excellent, I could have included another Anaheim Chile to the recipe but a few drops of Louisiana Hot Sauce in the bowl added the extra heat. With salted corn tortillas to accompany the meal everything was complete . Espresso Cheese cake. Didn't know I needed to use the espresso quickly, cooled it for 4 hours until I got home from work and ended up with a bitter taste in my mouth.
