My cooking triumphs
Spicy Pork Tomatillo Stew. First batch was excellent, I could have included another Anaheim Chile to the recipe but a few drops of Louisiana Hot Sauce in the bowl added the extra heat. With salted corn tortillas to accompany the meal everything was complete .
My cooking tragedies
Espresso Cheese cake. Didn't know I needed to use the espresso quickly, cooled it for 4 hours until I got home from work and ended up with a bitter taste in my mouth.
